Our members had the pleasure of visiting Bentax in Svenstrup, where Søren Hansen and Tanja Lindberg shared insights into Bentax’s digital transformation and their use of AI models and IoT.

Bentax has already digitized large parts of its business model and continues to optimize everything from production and financial management to the customer journey.

However, it’s not just about finding and developing the right systems, data sources, and AI models – that’s only half the job.
The other, and according to Tanja the most challenging part, is the implementation. If employees don’t buy into the digital transformation and make it a daily priority, it won’t succeed.

Bentax has therefore made digitalization and development a shared responsibility, where everyone in the company is encouraged to take an active role.
