Answer: Danish frigates have been operational in both regions.

Nearly 30 members of Aalborg Maritime & Logistics learned about this and much more during a visit to Naval Station Frederikshavn and the frigate Esbern Snare. We gained insight into a sensitive, demanding, yet fascinating environment where adaptability, speed, and efficiency are key.

Afterwards, everyone went aboard Esbern Snare, where crew members showed us their “second home,” shared stories from daily life on board, and explained how the equipment is used in action.
